Our integrative treatment is a blend of modalities, tools, and products for optimal results. This service is great for someone looking to experience a little bit of everything and is open to letting your massage therapist craft a session with all their educational skills and no limitations. This service is not focused on one thing but rather a sampler of many and could include aromatherapy, stones, cupping, hot towels, CBD, Deep Blue Rub and more. This treatment can be tailored to relaxation or pain management and the protocol is based upon each individual. If you have products or tools that you enjoy, please communicate with your therapist.

Serenity Treatment
Our serenity treatment will put you in a state of relaxation for a full body massage that includes serenity aromatherapy and hot towels on the back and feet.

Upper Body Meltdown Treatment
Our upper body meltdown treatment is focused on relieving tension in the neck, shoulders and low back and includes CBD (or Deep Blue Rub) and hot stones to relax and melt tension.

Our upper body release treatment is focused on relieving tension in the neck, shoulders and low back and includes CBD (or Deep Blue Rub) and cupping to lift and release tension.

Fire and Ice Treatment
Our fire and ice treatment is a full body massage that includes heated basalt stones, chilled marble stones and Deep Blue rub is applied to the back, shoulders and neck to give the extra ice relief to your aching back.

The Haven Treatment
Our haven treatment is a full body massage that is introduced with a scalp massage and aromatherapy. A 75 minute custom massage is followed with hot towels and 15 minutes of reflexology on the feet and ending with a full hot stone treatment on your back.
