Our targeted massage is a shortened amount of time, focused on those troubled areas of concern, with hands-on work. Please communicate with your therapist what pressure you prefer. This length of a massage is great for children or adults.

Custom Healing Massage
Our custom massage is tailored to meet your individual wellness goals and preferences with hands-on work. Your session will be designed based on your current condition today and by pulling from a variety of therapeutic modalities. Whether your goal is relaxation, deep tissue work or treating a specific concern; we can meet a variety of needs. Sessions can be full body or targeted work and can range in pressure based on the individual; please communicate with your therapist what pressure you prefer.

Prenatal Massage
Our prenatal massage is designed to help relieve the physical and emotional changes that pregnancy brings to the body like reducing muscle tension, stress, headaches, back & joint pain and swelling while improving circulation and sleep. Pressure and technique are adjusted based on the mother.
*You must be at least 12+ weeks and not be considered high risk, unless providing a doctor’s note for treatment.

Reflexology
Our reflexology sessions are focused on your feet and hands. It is a detailed massage that involves applying pressure, by finger walking, to specific points that correspond to other parts, organs and areas of the body. You are fully clothed for this type of treatment.

Seated Chair Massage
Our seated chair sessions are focused on your shoulders, back, arms, hands, head and neck. It is performed by sitting on a specific massage chair and involves no lotions or oils. You are fully clothed for this type of treatment. This is great for someone who has never had a massage or when you don’t have a lot of time.

Our hot stone massage involves the use of smooth, heated basalt stones, in addition to our hands, for a full body treatment. The stones are used to massage and can also be placed along the body for warmth, relaxation and pain relief.

Hot & Cold Stone Massage
Our hot & cold stone massage involves the use of heated basalt stones and chilled marble stones, in addition to our hands, for a full body treatment. The stones are used to massage and can also be placed along the body to improve circulation, reduce inflammation and to contrast between temperatures to bring the body to homeostasis.

Cupping Massage
Our cupping massages involves the use of pump vacuum and silicone cups, in addition to our hands, that are used to create suction, on your skin. The cups can be stationary and can also slide along your skin for enhanced pain relief, blood flow and relaxation. Cupping is a lifting technique rather than a pressure technique and may leave bruising marks for up to 7-14 days depending if you bruise easily or carry a lot of tension.

Facial Cupping Massage
Our facial cupping massage involves the use of specific facial cups, in addition to our hands, that are used to create suction, on your skin, to relieve tension from TMJ, sinus and congestion issues, lymphatic drainage and increase collagen production in the face. Cupping may leave bruising marks for up to 7-14 days depending if you bruise easily or carry a lot of tension.

Aromatouch Technique
A technique by do TERRA that is not a regular massage but a way to experience eight essential oils by applying them along the spine and feet. Oils include Balance, Lavender, Melaleuca, On Guard, Aroma touch, Deep Blue, Wild Orange and Peppermint. This simple, yet powerful technique was designed to promote relaxation and support overall well-being.
